We aid Holy Trinity Church and the community of Harlan, Ky. by way of giving money, food stuff and gifts for the Christmas season.

Provides meals to low income families in the Trenton area.
Participates in the Edgewood School District "Back Pack Program" which provides meals to children from low income families.
Our mission at Holy Name of Jesus for the EMA food pantry is to model the love and compassion of Christ by providing groceries (food and non-food) for the hungry and needy people of the Edgewood School District.
We do not have regular meeting times, but Holy Name provides volunteers for the food pantry on Wednesdays and Fridays.
EMA food pantry holds several food drives and fundraisers throughout the year. Please watch the bulletins for more information.
Holy Name has several opportunities to support the EMA food pantry with donations and collections. In October the Youth Group goes door to door during in Trenton collecting food and nonperishable food items. In June Holy Name sponsors a Fr. Klein Memorial 5k Run/walk at the Trenton Community Park and all proceeds go to the EMA and LEAF program.

Yard n Garden/Maintenance
The garden/maintenance team meets regularly Spring-Summer-Fall on Saturday mornings to work together on various projects (mowing/watering/edging/trimming/gardening/painting/small repairs/cooking). We conclude our work meeting at 11:30am with a covered dish luncheon. If you feel called to share your talents in this ministry, please just stop by on Saturday mornings .
